ACT in Australia announces results of the latest invitation round

The Australian Capital Territory (ACT) has announced the results of the invitation round conducted on 5th July. As per revised immigration rules, candidates are now required to file the Canberra Matrix before applying for state sponsorship through ACT. 

Invitation Date – 5th July 2019   

•     No.of invitations offered – 194  
•     Range of Canberra Matrix score: All matrices filed with 75 to 125 points

•     No.of invitations offered – 652  
•    Range of Canberra Matrix score: All matrices filed with 65 to 145 points  

Matrix of 60 points submitted on or before 31st March 2019 was considered.

Matrix of 65 points submitted on or before 30th April 2019 was considered.

As per SBS News, the next invitation round is slated to be held on or before 22nd July 2019.
