Canada immigration language tests

The Canadian government has recently agreed and accepted the designation-in-principle of a new language test for immigration applicants under the pathway of economic class immigration.

The details of the test are yet to be announced and are expected to be implemented by early to mid-2023 based on the province the applicant chooses to migrate to, where either a French or an English test will be part of their Express Entry application. The applicant will get extra points if they have relevant proficiency in both French and English and Canada is currently accepting four language tests which are mentioned below:
