It’s not uncommon for skilled and qualified individuals from Dubai who get to experience Australia to opt for Australia immigration. They do so convinced of the better opportunities to build a career as they aspire to have.
Australia immigration is preferred by those who are willing to move to Australia for the country’s higher quality of life, peaceful environment, and stable economy. Moreover, it’s easier to get an Australia PR visa compared to many other countries of the world.

You have to be working in one of the occupations present in this list to be eligible to immigrate to Australia under the Skilled Migration Program.
There are choices of visas that come under the Skilled Migration Stream. The 3 main visa categories under the Skilled Migration Program are the following:

To be able to apply for this visa, you must submit an EOI via SkillSelect. You can do this from Dubai. Here are the requirements to apply after getting invited:
The application must be lodged within 60 days of receiving the invitation.
Subclass 190 – Skilled Nominated Visa
An Australian territory/state nominates you for this visa and you become eligible to apply for it. It’s similar to Subclass 189. The only exception is that you need to have experience in a nominated occupation present on the SOL.
Subclass 491 - Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) visa
This visa is a replacement for Subclass 489 visa. It’s a pathway to an Australia PR visa. With this visa, you can live, study and work in Australia for 5 years as well as your family. After staying in Australia for 3 years, you will be eligible to apply for an Australia PR visa. The eligibility requirements for this visa are the same as for other visas under Skilled nomination programs.
