LinkedIn has recently released its list of the best Australian companies to work for in 2019. The list is based on the feedback of more than 10 million users of LinkedIn in Australia. Companies who had more than 500 employees and had a positive employee-growth in the last year were considered. LinkedIn looked at the below parameters while ranking the employers:
  1. Employee Retention
  2. Job demand
  3. Interest in the company
  4. Employee engagement
Here are the best companies to work for in Australia in 2019:
  1. Westpac Group
Industry: Financial Services Offices: Sydney Westpac is the oldest company in Australia and has climbed up 4 places in 2019 to rank No. 1.
  1. National Australia Bank
Industry: Banking Offices: Nationwide NAB employs 30,000 people and offers financial well-being schemes to its employees.

Industry: Banking Offices: Nationwide ANZ is the third largest bank in Australia and employs more than 50,000 people worldwide.
