The Global University Employability Ranking has been released for 2018. It ranks the Australian Universities which produce the most employable graduates as per employers. The ranking has been designed by HR Consultancy Emerging. The report has been published by Times Higher Education.

Nine Australian Universities have been listed in the ranking.

1. University of Melbourne

The University of Melbourne ranks 1^st in the list of Australian Universities. It runs a mentoring program twice a year, as per The Times Higher Education. The program brings current students together with alumni who mentor them. The mentors guide the students through their career decisions.

Students find the most relevant career advice through faculty-specific resources. They can also take self-assessment tests to determine which occupation is best for them.

2. University of Sydney

Ranked 2^nd, this University provides career fairs for certain subjects like engineering, law, IT, and investment banking. It also organizes startup career fairs for students interested in starting their own business venture.
