• Who is applying for the adjustment under the INA 245
• Those who are suspended, deported, and canceled their US Green card.

The Essential things to note for Green Card applicants

The duration of the employment authentication depends on the individual underlying status on which basis they have applied for a Green Card. Suppose the individual has obtained an EAD based on the pending status application for a maximum of five years after their adjustment application has been denied. In that case, their associated employment authorization may be canceled before the expiration date mentioned in their EAD.
