After 19 months, Canada resumed all-program Express Entry draws and issued 1,750 invitations to Apply (ITAs) in its second draw held on July 20.

The minimum score for Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) is 542 points, which is 15 less than a previous draw.
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) states that the current applications have been following the latest invitations and are getting processed in just six months. Applicants will have a wait of 60-day window to submit their applications.

So far, Canada has invited 12,615 invitations this year. These Invitations to Apply (ITAs) are out of two draws which were intended for Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) candidates. IRCC used Canadian Experience Class (CEC) and PNP candidates beating the previous year.

The new draw has seen a tie-breaking rule that was implemented on December 30, 2021. When one or more candidates have the minimum CRS score, then the Express Entry profiles that have been submitted before this date and time obtain the invitations.
