The BCPNP draws targeted invitations to apply Skills Immigration streams based on eligible criteria:

• Education
• Qualified Profession designations in B.C
• Language Skills
• Occupation
• Duration and skill level of work experience
• Skill-level job offer
• Intent to settle and work in a specific region
• Strategic priorities.
