The desire to move to Canada from Australia after studies or completing a temporary work tenure is not uncommon. Factors like a wide range of employment opportunities and ease of becoming a Canada PR visa holder make Canada immigration a very attractive plan. In the most recent Canada Express Entry draw that was held on October 27, 2021, 888 immigration candidates were issued ITAs for a Canada PR visa. These provincially nominated candidates were required to have a minimum CRS score of 744 to be eligible for an invitation.
A provincial nomination earned from an earlier PNP draw helped these Express Entry candidates obtain 600 extra CRS points. Hence, when a candidate has a minimum CRS score of 744 in this draw, that candidate was originally having just 144 points as their CRS score.
