All the provinces in Canada participate in the Provincial Nominee Program draws and invite immigrants to Canada. Each province invites candidates to live, work, and settle in the country. In September 2022, 19 PNP draws were held in which invitations were issued to 11,548 candidates. These candidates will have the eligibility to apply for Canada PR.
