Employment increases by 345,000 year-on-year in Canada, Jan 2024 - STAT CAN

Highlights: Stat Can report an increase in employment by 345,000!

• As per the LFS, employment increased by 37,000 in January 2024.
• Ontario, Newfoundland and Labrador, Manitoba and Nova Scotia saw a major increase in employment rates.  
• The service-producing sectors across Canada observed an employment gain.
