Abstract: Canada would be conducting specialized draws for skilled immigrants from 2023.
Canada will be holding targeted draws for international skilled professionals from the start of 2023. It would facilitate them to nominate candidates with in-demand skills required in the provinces and territories of Canada that are facing a shortage in the workforce.
The primary focus will be on nominating more healthcare professionals, such as doctors and nurses. The provinces which have streamlined processes to welcome healthcare professionals will witness the deployment of such professionals.

The targeted draws for skilled immigrants in Canada will begin in 2023. It will give Canada the freedom to select professionals by specific sectors that they have skills in and the region of Canada that would be allocated to.
