Fresh online forms will be launched for TSS visas and sponsors. It will also be available for agents acting on behalf of the applicants such as Registered Migration Agents Australia. They will be in a position to advise the DHA on situational changes affecting the ability to adhere to obligatory requirements for sponsorship.

A fresh streamlined “renewal process” will also be launched for existing sponsors. It will comprise of a crucially shorter application form and “auto-approval” possibility as well. The approach for processing incomplete applications will also be revised. This is aimed at decreasing overall processing times for those who have submitted completed applications.
