This is a visa in which engineering graduates are given the permission to live in Australia, work, or study. These visa holders get the time mentioned in the visa along with a six months extension. Alex Hawke has said that The current and former visa holders will have the option of living in the country or entering the country. The deadline given is April 2024. Many visa holders have lost their time due to pandemic, so they have been given extension, which will become effective in April 2022. The Department of Home Affairs will inform the visa holders about the extension. This rule will also be applied to the people whose visa has expired during the pandemic.
