Canada Immigration Level Targets 2023-2025

Due to critical labour market shortages across Canada, the government offers various immigration pathways to skilled foreign nationals to manage the economic and social challenges by filling the labour market gaps.

As per the 2023-2025 immigration level plan, IRCC aims to welcome 1.5 million immigrants by 2025.

As per the new immigration level plan, Canada is also aiming to introduce more regional programs via Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP), and the Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot (RNIP) to address targeted labour market needs at the community level.
