On September 14, 2022, Canada issued 3,250 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to overseas applicants, through an all-program Express Entry draw. This Express Entry draw invited immigration candidates from the FSTP, FSWP, PNP, and CEC programs. Invited candidates who scored the least had 511 points. The ITAs were issued through an all-program Express Entry draw. Candidates who received ITAs can apply for a Canada PR visa. The selected candidates had their profiles in the Express Entry candidate pool. They were eligible for invitation with a minimum CRS score of 511 points.
