Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held the first-ever French category-based selection Express Entry draw on July 07, 2023. The draw invited 2300 candidates with strong French-speaking abilities. The minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score required by the candidates to get an invitation to the draw was 439.
The draw was an all-program draw, and candidates from the Canadian Experience Class, Federal Skilled Worker Program, and Federal Skilled Trades Program were invited.
