  • Spouses and children can accompany the visa holder to France.
  • Spouses and children are eligible to apply for the multi-year residency permit that can be renewed in four years. 
  • Accompanied family members above 18 years old can seek employment in France. 
  • Talent Visa holders are exempt from the country's recent language restrictions and have no strict proficiency requirements. 

Renewal and duration of the France talent visa 

To qualify for the Talent passport, the employee must have a work contract and stay in France for over three months, with highly qualified employees needing a contract for at least one year. 

The applicant can secure a multi-year residency permit two months after arriving in the country. 

The permit comes with a four-year validity and can be renewed once in four months, provided the applicant maintains the salary and work requirements.

Salary Requirements of France Talent Visa

The salary requirements can vary for each sector, like:

  • Innovative projects employees from international and national companies required a salary of more than 1.8 times the minimum wage.
  • Highly qualified employers must earn 1.5 times more than their average salary.
  • Appointed employers need three times more than the average gross salary.
  • Performers must get 70% of their minimum wage for each month.
