The new skilled worker visa law entered the force in November 2023, which deals with advantages to several categories like apprenticeship applicants and graduates.
The second part of the new skilled worker visa allows non-EU students to come to Germany nine months in advance and work up to 20 hours per week. Within this time, they can complete their language courses in English and German, which will help them to prepare for the country.
The new law will help international students work from 120 to 140 full days in a year.

Those who want to complete their training in Germany can work while continuing their job search. There are two eligible requirements of the applicant :

Non-EU citizens who have graduated from German universities can stay up to 18 months and find a job after graduation. They can apply for permanent residence with two years of work experience.
Non-EU Citizens who want to change their profession after graduation must change their visa to an EU Blue Card or German Skilled Worker Visa.
Students of accredited schools or universities from respective countries can come to Germany with two years of work experience in a relevant field.
As of December 2024, there are a total number of 770,301 job vacancies in Germany. The high-paying jobs in Germany include health workers, pilots, sales managers, and lawyers.
The top 20 in-demand positions in Germany include vacancies in horticulture, metalworking, wood, and other technical fields.
