Details of Germany’s second part of skilled worker visa law:

The new skilled worker visa law entered the force in November 2023, which deals with advantages to several categories like apprenticeship applicants and graduates.

The second part of the new skilled worker visa allows non-EU students to come to Germany nine months in advance and work up to 20 hours per week. Within this time, they can complete their language courses in English and German, which will help them to prepare for the country.

The new law will help international students work from 120 to 140 full days in a year.
