FTA (Free Trade Agreement) is a document of Canada that extends cooperation in multinational trade pacts, which play a more prominent role in the Canadian economy.
This step enables maintaining favorable commercial conditions between fellow member nations and Canada by removing hurdles and business barriers for both parties. This also involves the movement of temporary business individuals & workers to and from Canada.
The FTA lets business people from the signatory nations come & work temporarily in Canada. This does not require a work permit and LMIA. If an individual has obtained Canada work permit under FTA being exempted from LMIA, things work faster and easier.
The individuals will earn an opportunity to work & immigrate potentially to Canada under Permanent Residence (PR). Then the candidates will be able to refer their work experience in Canada while immigrating to the country to IRCC for evaluating and assessing their CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System).
