Holders of the Temporary Graduate visa can apply for their second visa in the same stream in case they have lived in regional Australia for a minimum of 2 years prior to applying for the second visa.
The application and grant criteria for foreign students stuck overseas owing to the COVID-19 pandemic have also been relaxed by the government. Such foreign students can now apply for Subclass 485 visa from their offshore location. These students could be applying under any stream mentioned above.
