Eligibility requirements of the Foreign worker Stream:
To qualify in this Stream, an employer must have:
- A full-time permanent job under NOC TEER category 1, 2, or 3 that meets the minimum wage level of Ontario for business.
- Those already working in this position must have wages equal to or greater than the current wage previously paid.
- Two years of work experience in five years before applying for the application.
- If the Job position requires having a relevant licensing in Ontario.
- Live, work, study, reside, or visit Canada on a valid permit.
- Have the intention to settle in Ontario.
