Ontario issued 1,179 Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to the immigration candidates under the Human Capital Priorities stream of the Express Entry.

In 2022, this is the 4^th Ontario draw under the HCP stream, where the candidates were invited through the Ontario Immigration Nominee Program. The CRS score range for this OINP draw was 496 and above.

To issue the ITAs, the OINP finds suitable applicants under the Express Entry pool. Supposing that, they may meet the criteria based on the immigration stream.

The province selects candidates who acquire the necessary skills and experience. These candidates are eligible to apply for permanent residence in Canada.
