Ontario uses a ranking system to assign scores to all Expression of Interest (EOI) profiles. The OINP points system to be used depends on the stream you qualify under. For instance, the ‘International Student’ ranking system emphasis more on education, whereas the ‘Foreign Worker’ ranking system emphasises on work.
