Abstract: Ontario PNP issued 936 NOIS to candidates from the Human Capital Priorities stream in a draw held on December 19, 2022.

Ontario conducted its latest PNP or Provincial Nominee Program draw for the pool of Human Capital Priorities stream on December 19, 2022. It invited 936 candidates employed in Tech occupations.

The candidates who had a score between 484-490 in the CRS or Comprehensive Ranking System were issued NOIs or Notification of Interest. The candidates have 45 days to apply for Canada PR or permanent residency.

The draw was facilitated by OINP or Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program.

What are the eligibility criteria for OINP Human Capital Priorities stream?

The eligibility criteria for the Human Capital Priorities stream under the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program are given below:

  • Fulfill the eligibility requirements for FSWP or Federal Skilled Worker Program or CEC or Canadian Experience Class
  • Meet the work experience criteria for the stream
  • Have an educational qualification from higher learning institutes in Canada or an ECA or Educational Credential Assessment for studies done outside Canada
  • Have the required scores in language proficiency tests recognized by the CLB or Canadian Language Benchmark. The language tests recognized are:
    • IELTS
    • CELPIP
    • TCF Canada for French
  • Intention to settle in Ontario
  • Demonstrate links to Ontario
  • Have a valid legal status in Canada if the candidate is residing in Canada while applying. The OINP accepts applications registered while staying in maintained status.
  • Have the required minimum CRS score in the system of Express Entry
  • Meet the other required criteria set by the CEC or FSWP
  • Proof of having sufficient funds to cover the expenses of the candidate and dependents
