IRCC issued 1763 ITAs through the provinces of Quebec, BC, and Manitoba via PNP draws. British Columbia and Manitoba issued invitations/EOI via their latest PNP Draws. Quebec has a different autonomy that allows the selection of all its economic immigrants instead of receiving an allocation, and it does not require a PNP.
