Due to the introduction of the new Regional Visas on 16th November 2019, Immigration SA will temporarily close the Subclass 190 Visas.

The Subclass 190 nomination application system will remain closed from 11 am of 15th November to the first week of December. The date and time of re-opening will be announced at a later date.

In case you have already started a state nomination application, you would need to submit it before the system closure on 15th November.

Incomplete state nomination applications will be deleted after 11 am of 15th November 2019. This will include those applications which have been “saved” but not yet submitted and the ones which are awaiting payment.

Please note that eligible applicants must meet the eligibility criteria and points criteria of Immigration SA to apply for a state nomination to South Australia.

A new points system will come into effect from 16th November. For applications that have been submitted before 16th November, the old points system will apply.

Applications for the new Subclass 491 Visa (Skilled Work Regional (Provisional)) will be open from the first week of December 2019.
