Sydney’s residents, including Australia PR, welcome the end of lockdown

Australia is gradually  coming out from the  COVID-19 crisis.  , Residents of Sydney are relieved after the Covid-induced lockdown has been lifted after four months. This has resulted in a surge in the number of Australia PR applications.The lockdown was imposed for 106 days and  after its removal, residents of Australia’s largest city can come out and enjoy a normal life.  this incudes Australia’s PR holder living in Sydney.This new move was the result of a dwindling number of new COVID-19 infections. Australia had taken very stringent measures to combat the threat of COVID-19. Salons, schools, and shops were closed for non-essential workers since June 2021. was also curtailed as a part of the restrictions.

 Sydney’s residents  couldn’t travel beyond 5 kilometers from home. They  were allowed to attend funerals, visit supermarkets, play squash, and visit family within this distance.

Even as the lockdown has been lifted, tlimits imposed on mass gatherings will continue. Schools and international borders will remain closed for a few more weeks.

The South Wales premier on the lifting of the lockdown said that it’s a big day for the state. .
