Details of the top cities:

As per the latest report, Rostock in Germany holds the first position with the highest rates of job satisfaction. 85% have a positive review of working in Germany.

 

Luxembourg stands in the second city with 84 per cent highest job satisfaction. Similarly, Iceland has the same job satisfaction.

 

Berlin also secured sixth position in job satisfaction with 83 per cent job satisfaction.

Capital cities and other large ones offer more employment opportunities and better paying conditions, which makes the well-being better for the residents of the towns.

 

As per the report, three out of four residents said that around 74% were satisfied with their job lives.

 

Cities like Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, Austria, Czechia and Slovakia have higher satisfaction levels, whereas Greece, Italy, Hungary and Spain have scored low.

 

So, to have an overall view, capital cities don’t perform better than non-capital cities. To give a fair percentage, capital cities have 73% job satisfaction, whereas 75% job satisfaction in capital cities.

 

Individuals have the liability to genuinely enjoy in finding jobs they like for the average job market structure, which explains higher satisfaction scores in urban areas than in rural regions.
