This is the third Express Entry Draw, held on 8 December 2023. Yesterday, on 7 December 2023, 1000 candidates with a CRS score 470 were issued an invite for French language proficiency. The day before that, on 6 December 2023, 4750 candidates with a CRS score of 561 were invited to the all-program draw.

These Express Entry Draws are based on category-based selections. These draw targets candidates from a particular category, such as French-Language Proficiency or work experience on:
These are all occupations that are facing an occupation shortage of skilled workers. That is why Express Entry Draw is targeting candidates from these categories.
The current immigration plan for 2023-2025 shows that 114,000 federal highly skilled immigrants will be admitted to Canada at the end of 2025.
