Interesting news on job creation in Canada has come out as the latest reports say that Canada added 108,000 jobs to the Canadian economy in October 2022. These jobs in Canada have been created with a steady unemployment rate of 5.2 percent in October 2022, which was reported by Statistics Canada.
Canada is not immune from the impending recession that’s expected all around the world. But Canadian PM Justin Trudeau has reassured that Canada will be in a position to overcome the challenge with its policies and measures taken.

The gain in jobs in Canada in October 2022 followed a tough time prior to that that challenged the country on its economic front. The major industries in Canada that recorded rising employment were accommodation & food services, construction, and manufacturing.

Despite rising interest rates in the country, which is seen as a natural eventuality of growing economic challenges, experts are positive about the trend to not linger long and hard on people.

It was also seen that of the workers in Canada who were employed with the same employer two-thirds earning more than CAD40 an hour got a raise in earnings. The same happened with half of the workers who earned under CAD20 an hour.
In October 2022, the rate of employment among immigrants in Canada aged at least 15 years was a record 62.2 percent.
