The UK High Potential Individual Visa is designed for potential candidates who recently graduated from top global UK universities. This visa provides opportunities for permanent settlement. Applicants can also bring their dependents along.

Eligibility Requirements of HPI Visa:

• • The individual must be either 18 years or above.
  • Must receive a degree from an overseas university listed in the Top Global Universities List within five years of visa application.
  • English language score must be CEFR Level B1 (equivalent to IELTS 4.0) in all four components (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).

Other Facilities Provided by High Potential Individual Visa Route

• If an individual stays in the in, they can extend their stay by the High Potential Individual Visa option. This option is available if the individual has been granted a visitor, is a short-term student, parent of a child student, seasonal worker, domestic worker in a private household, or is outside the immigration rules.
• The duration that this High Potential Visa provides depends on the qualification they relied on to meet Top Global Universities List overseas degree requirements:
• For Ph.D. High Potential Visa provides a 3-year visa.
• For all other degrees, it is two years. 
• The High Potential Visa doesn’t provide direct settlement in the UK. Still, it allows migrants under the Skilled Worker or Innovator Founder routes to change their route to another destination and extend their stay. In rare cases, the individual might get a settlement for residency.
