Abstract: The UK announced a new Youth Mobility Scheme to enhance the workforce in the country.

The United Kingdom plans to start a new immigration scheme for eligible Australian candidates. The applicants do not need a job offer or a sponsor to apply for the scheme.

The Young Professionals Scheme of the UK permits eligible candidates from various countries to live and work in the UK for a maximum of two years. The applicants should be between 18 to 30 years of age.

The applicants for the Young Professionals Scheme of the UK are required to register their applications on the ballot. The ballot will select the entries randomly, and if successful, it invites the candidates to submit their visa applications.

Eligible candidates are required to submit their interest for the Young Professionals Scheme by registering their entries into a ballot from February 28 and March 2, 2023.

Eligibility Criteria for UK Youth Mobility Scheme

The eligibility criteria for the Young Professionals Scheme of the UK are given below:

• The applicant has been invited to apply as per the invitation to apply guidelines
• The application was registered in the duration specified on the invitation to apply
• Submit the unique application number issued in the invitation to apply
• Submit a certificate authorized by the local police that has been issued 6 months prior to the date of application
• Have qualifications equivalent to or more than the RQF level 6, that is, undergraduate degree or more
• Proof of academic qualifications, such as written confirmation from the educational institute that the applicant has graduated from
