  • the US citizen/LPR youngster and the non-US citizen are both holding a ‘single’ status and are under 21 years of age
• Any individual
  • who’s not a citizen of the US and is the child, ward, or foster youngster of a citizen/LPR of the US, or
  • is a potential adoptee looking to enter the US pursuing the classifications of IH-4 or IR-4 visa

Nevertheless, they have the possibility of being eligible for the Nationwide Curiosity Exception beneath on humanitarian grounds on or with each of those provisions the US State Division introduced on June 24, 2021.
