The bulletin comprises two essential pointers:

• The Dates for Filing Visa Applications: This application is needed to change the visa application's filing date. The former guides the immigrant to submit an adjustment date earlier than the application's date.
• The Application Final Action Dates: After the application date is approved, the applicant might be granted a U.S Green Card 

Details of USCIS decision for December Bulletin: 

• Every month, citizenship and immigration services select the visa filling date or the application's date as a chart to follow.
• For December 2023, USCIS had chosen the employment-based (EB) chart to adjust the status.

Eligibility Criteria for Filing the December Adjustment:
