Disabled immigrants can get the US citizenship easily

The USA has eliminated the barriers regarding the test waivers for the country’s citizenship for disabled immigrants. USCIS simplified and shortened the disability waiver used for exempting disabled immigrants from English and civics test requirements. The exemption has been given to immigrants having physical, mental, or learning disabilities. Disabled immigrants are eligible to file Form N-648 to request for exemption from the English and civics test requirements. The form should be completely filled out and should be approved by a medical professional. Changes have been made to the form in which barriers to naturalizations have been removed as per President Biden’s executive order. Since 1994, the US government allowed disabled immigrants to get waivers for these requirements. Trump government added multiple requirements for these immigrants in 2020. Applicants whose forms are not yet complete can resubmit them with updated information. The form revision will allow medical professionals to indicate the need for an oath waiver. This will eliminate the need for a separate medical documentation. Willing to migrate to USA from Australia? Talk to Y-Axis, the world’s no. 1 overseas immigration consultant in Australia.
