Australia offers a Permanent Residency (PR) to those who wish to settle here. The validity period of the PR visa is five years. Employer nomination scheme: As per this scheme, a permanent work visa is issued to migrant workers whom their companies sponsor. These visas are granted to help companies to take on the skills shortage problem.
TSS (Temporary Skill Shortage) Visa: This visa allows individuals to work for two to four years, depending on the employers’ requirements. The companies can issue these visas by proving that they are facing a shortage of skills.
Applicants should have at least two years of work experience and be aged below 45. Companies employing workers on these visas must pay them salaries as per the market standards.

Obligations and conditions
