The 171st Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program was held on March 9, 2023. It issued 597 LAA or Letter of Advice to Apply to candidates in the stream of skilled workers in Manitoba, international graduates, and skilled workers overseas.

The candidates who scored 612 or more in the CRS or Comprehensive Ranking System were issued LAA.
